Daniel has a background spanning insurance, claims management, debt collection, and hospitality. With an eagle eye & astute attention to detail which enables him to assist enterprises to find issues which can be improved.
He has vast experience in training & mentoring, with a specific positive methodology of enabling trainees to learn the what & why with minimal or no focus on the negative.
This is an extremely effective way of having teams trained more effectively.
Success in Business
Daniel has successfully owned & run multi-site franchised restaurants for more than a decade, with experience growing teams through empowering staff at all levels to work autonomously. He has hands on experience in training & mentoring staff, managers, new & existing business owners, as well as working with external/internal service providers, franchisor staff/management.
Daniel has a motto of constant improvement and is always on the lookout for how to do things better. He has over five years’ experience volunteering in various community organisations, which has also shown him the issues which can be faced in not for profit/volunteer run organisations. Graduate of Dale Carnegie Immersion Seminar (based on the world renowned book ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People’.

On a personal side
I love to travel – my motto is (found on the wall of a resort in the Philippines actually) “We travel not to escape life, but so that life doesn’t escape us.” I love meeting people from all walks of life, I use the amazing skills I learnt from both reading & doing courses by Dale Carnegie to really delve in to what makes people tick. I love to hear what’s going on for these people & what inspires them so I can look at ways I can offer my thoughts on improving where possible.
I’ve been living in regional Victoria since late 2016, where my husband & I have successfully grown & run multi site franchises. We continued to grow throughout the pandemic, and learnt to be very nimble & adapt to the ever changing conditions. We have a house in the Philippines where we base ourselves instead of being in cold Victorian winters, but with the great technology available can continue to work on things form everywhere where we travel.
